Diplomatic Dialogues, CAA's ongoing discussion series with embassies in Singapore, is pleased to feature Rafik Mansour. As the Charge d'Affaires ad interim, Rafik is the United States' acting ambassador to Singapore. Please join us for a discussion on the career of a diplomat, the challenges of the foreign service, and understanding the US' diplomatic efforts. A Q&A session will follow. This will be a virtual event hosted on Zoom.
