Columbia Connects Twin Cities - Join fellow Columbians at the Urban Oasis Food Fest in St. Paul on September 19th.  If you are a runner (or a New York walker), you can start the day with a 5K as part of team Columbia.  You can register yourself (use this link) and then join us at the starting line - be sure to wear some Columbia gear - we'll also have some prizes for participants.  You can also connect with us after the race near the finish line and enjoy some free food and music starting around 11:00.
