Toronto: Columbia Connects

Join Columbia alumni in Toronto for this year's Columbia Connects - bringing alumni together to share their Columbia connection and experiences and welcome new graduates to alumni communities across the globe.

The Columbia Alumni Association (Toronto) is thrilled to invite you to a TIFF social event at the RCYC City Clubhouse on Monday, September 14, 2015. 

Mr. John O'Toole who is a Columbia alumnus would like to extend his membership at the Royal Canadian Yacht Club to welcome you, your family, and friends.

Join us in celebrating Columbia Filmmakers! 
Special Guest: Ira Deutchman, Professor, Film Division, Columbia School of the Arts
Prof. Deutchman will talk about the experience of having a film in the festival and the journey a film takes from conception, to execution, and beyond. Other filmmakers and industry execs. will also chime in and share their experiences!

Dress Code:
GENTLEMEN’S PROPER ATTIRE: The minimum dress requirement for gentlemen is smart casual attire (ie. a shirt with collar and sleeves; long trousers or dress shorts no more than 3” above the knee). Note: jeans, non-dress shorts, cut-offs, tank tops, or bathing suits are not considered appropriate attire. After 6:00pm: Jacket; shirt with collar and sleeves; and dress pants are required.
LADIES’ PROPER ATTIRE: The minimum dress requirement for ladies is smart casual attire (ie. a dress, skirt, slacks, or walking shorts with a blouse, sweater or tunic). Note: jeans, short shorts, cut-offs, micro mini skirts, tank tops, or bathing suits are not considered appropriate attire. After 6:00pm: Dress, skirt, divided skirt, or dress pants with a blouse, sweater, or tunic with/without a jacket.
